Shipping and delivery

Delivery times

Orders are packed the next working day after they are placed. Delivery then takes:

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 working days
• Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Quetta): 3 to 4 working days
• Smaller cities and towns: 3 to 5 working days

Delivery charges

The delivery fee is calculated from your city and shown in the cart before you confirm anything. There are no charges added later.

Orders of Rs. 3,999 or more ship free. The cart shows a progress bar telling you exactly how much more to add.

Packed like a present

Every plushie is wrapped in pastel tissue with a ribbon, then boxed so it arrives fluffy rather than squashed. Giant plushies travel in a protective bag with a satin bow.

We never put a price or invoice inside the parcel, so it is ready to hand over as a gift.

Tracking your order

Keep the order number shown at checkout. Enter it with your phone number on the Track order page to see the current status. If you gave us your email, every update also arrives in your inbox with a one-click tracking link.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is available, the courier tries again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will call to rearrange.
