No. Checkout works without signing up. We only ask for the details needed to deliver your parcel.

Cash on Delivery, anywhere in Pakistan. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you, so there is no card or bank detail to share.

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. Open the Track order page, enter your order number and phone number, and request a cancellation. We will confirm it by phone.

Absolutely, that is most of what we do. Put the recipient's name, address and phone number at checkout, and add your message in the order notes. We will handwrite it on a card and tuck it into the parcel.

Yes. Every order is wrapped in our pastel tissue and ribbon at no extra cost. Giant plushies come with a big satin bow instead, because no paper is that big.

No. Parcels never contain a price tag or invoice, so a gift stays a gift. If you are paying on someone else's behalf, remember that the rider will collect the Cash on Delivery amount from whoever receives it. Tell us in the notes and we will call you to arrange it.

We will always try. Order at least four working days before the date, mention it in the notes, and we will plan the dispatch so it arrives on time.

Two to three working days in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and three to five working days everywhere else in Pakistan. The courier calls before delivery.

The fee depends on your city and is shown in the cart before you confirm. Orders of Rs. 3,999 or more ship free, and the cart tells you exactly how much more to add.

We deliver nationwide. If your city is not in the checkout list, choose Other city and write your city in the address. The Other city rate applies.

Our Baby & Toddler range uses embroidered features only (no buttons, beads or plastic eyes) and machine-washable, certified fabric. All our plushies have embroidered eyes, but keychains and plushies with felt accessories are best for ages 3 and up.

Every product page lists its size in centimetres and inches, measured from the top of the head to the bottom while sitting. Our giants are measured standing: a 5 ft teddy really is about as tall as an adult.

Most plushies can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap, or hand washed in cool water inside a pillowcase. Air dry in the shade and fluff the fur with your fingers while it dries. Each product page has care instructions, and our guide covers the details.

We show each plushie in natural light, but screens vary. If a colour is important for a gift, WhatsApp us and we will send you a fresh photo of the exact one we will pack.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused with its tag attached. We will swap it for another size, colour or plushie. See the Returns & exchanges page for the details.

Message us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the affected item, with no need to send anything back first.
