Who we share it with

Only the courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and phone number, and only for that delivery. Order emails are sent through our email provider. We never sell or rent your information.

Your cart and this website

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. We do not use advertising trackers. The site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@plushywushy.com and we will respond within 14 days.
